Electricity licensing or exemption, grid connection and power purchase procedures, engineering design and construction, specialist technical work for environmental impact assessment and fire safety, and certification and acceptance are handled by the company and specialist firms; Z&X is responsible for the agreed entity documents and interface coordination. ODI and foreign exchange registration in China, customs declaration operations and non-BOI work permits are arranged separately.

If a company plans to file for energy storage system manufacturing but in Thailand only produces the enclosures, with cells and power conversion equipment all purchased, Z&X first verifies whether the filing covers the enclosures, system integration or several manufacturing activities, and then organises the process, purchasing and capacity basis. This decision sets the basis for the equipment list and incentive estimates, and helps keep later sales consistent with the approved scope.
